My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Maggie!

Sweet, loyal and very gentle with people, Maggie has won the hearts of practically everyone who has met her. Now she is looking for a forever home to watch over and bond with the family of.

Loving walks and being outdoors, she would be an excellent companion for those who want someone to join them on their outdoor excursions.

She estimated to be around 5 years old and is a Maremma Sheepdog/Great Pyrenees mix. As with all of our pets she has been spayed and vaccinated.

When surrendered to us it was reported that Maggie is aggressive with other dogs. Our observation suggests that this may vary on a dog by dog basis as she frequently plays through the fence with Makua another Great Pyrenees in our care. Still this is a good thing to keep in mind for those who are interested in adoption her.

Additional adoption info

After you submit an application, it is reviewed by our animal committee. This typically takes 2-4 days. When you are approved, our kennel manager will give you a call to set up a meet and greet if it is needed. If the meet and greet goes well, you will pay the adoption fee and take your pet home.
