Wyck is a quiet and sweet girl who will melt your heart once she feels comfortable enough to cuddle and purr on your chest. Like many cats, she prefers affection on her own terms and may need some time to trust you. She isn’t a fan of being picked up and can get overstimulated with too much petting or feel uncomfortable being pet in certain places, but with patience, she’ll show her loving side. She prefers to be pet on her head rather than all over. Wyck has a great appetite, loves treats, and will thrive in a calm, adult only home, who's willing to go slow and let her warm up at her own pace.

Their adoption process

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

You can submit an application anytime and receive an auto response with instructions. It is first come first served for in person adoptions.

2.
Submit Application

Our application creates your profile in our system and tells us a little about you.

3.
Interview

Our interview is an open discussion about everything we know about the pet and how it matches to your family and expectations.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

You will use your mobile phone (or our computers) to sign the adoption contract.

5.
Pay Fee

You will use your phone (or our computers) to pay any adoption fees. Credit/Debit cards only we do not accept cash or check.

6.
Take the Pet Home

We are able to send most pets home the same day as their interview. If they still need to have spay/neuter surgery it will be scheduled ASAP

Additional adoption info

Before you Arrive:

Make sure your apartment is pet-friendly. Check with your landlord about pet policies.

To make the adoption process go a little quicker, here's a list of what to bring:

-An ID with current residence, or proof of residence if it is out of date.
- Any family members or roommates to meet the animals
