Star Spangled Sebastian is a male, French Bulldog who was born with a cleft lip and cleft palate. He has been successfully weaned and is enjoying his kibble. He drinks water from a water bottle stand and loves to snuggle. Prior to adoption he will be microchipped, fecal tested and current on age appropriate vaccinations.
