This shelter is very full and we are trying to help them find another rescue or home. Big Momma had a home, they never came to get her! A rescue said they would take her and then backed out! Thank you for choosing rescue! Adoption applications are available at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com under Adopt. Adoption fees are 250.00 and up. All friends have been vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. Dogs who are old enough have been heartworm tested and spayed or neutered.

East Coast Humane society saves dogs from multiple sources who are in danger of death. We do not base our compassion on geographical location. We feel that EVERY dog deserves a loving home. We adopt most of our dogs in the northeast and New England states. These areas are not as overpopulated as the southeast. We are always in need of foster homes and volunteers. We truly appreciate community support!
