Hi! We are Wiila and Rhynn, sisters were rescued from a back yard where a kind hearted but uninformed lady was feeding feral cats and not getting them fixed. After a while their siblings and cousins were born and the lady knew she was in trouble and reached out for help. One by one our foster and her friends caught all 15 kittens. They were covered in fleas and dirt and very skinny. They were the smallest and the sickest of the whole bunch. Their eyes were crusted with mucus form infection. Luckily Their foster knew exactly what to do. All were given flea baths, dewormer, and eye ointment. With all the food they could want, warm beds to sleep in, and toys galore, They all thought they had gone to heaven! The mom, dad, aunts, and uncles all got TNR’d and will not be having any more babies in that yard
Willa and Rhynn were very attached and dependent on each other but Willa got very sick and they had to be separated. Rhynn’s right eye was the worst. Fortunately the left is just fine. She will need to have her eyes wiped with a warm cloth or wet cotton ball from time to time as they sometimes will have some clear drainage. They are very accustomed to this and don’t put up much resistance. They know it must be done!
Despite her rocky start Rhynn is a world class lover. If you are craving constant affection, this is the girl for you. She has never meet a stranger and loves to be held and cuddled. She purrs and purrs constantly. Napping with you is one of her strengths. She is a good eater and has excellent litter box manners. She has been raised around other cats and dogs and is good with children who have been around cats.
