Meet Silver, a sleek little panther with a big, confident personality. This handsome boy is outgoing, playful, and always ready to pounce on a toy or chase after his brother, Tin (KRLA-A-86452). Silver is the first to explore new spaces and loves showing off his bold, curious nature. Along with his adventurous spirit, he has a soft side too - he enjoys snuggles after playtime and will happily curl up once he’s tired out. Silver is quick to show his playful side, pouncing on toys and leading the way into new adventures. Tin, while a bit quieter, is adjusting well and blossoming more each day—especially with his brave brother by his side. Together, they wrestle, chase, and then curl up in a cozy heap when playtime is over.

These sleek little panther brothers are as handsome as they are charming. They balance each other beautifully. Silver is the outgoing, adventurous one who dives right into play and exploration, while Tin is a little more reserved and thoughtful, preferring to watch before joining in. With Silver’s confidence and Tin’s gentle nature, they make the perfect team.

We adopt animals to homes in the Los Angeles area and neighboring counties.

To help ensure that we place our cats in loving, responsible, committed homes, we have a screening process before you can adopt a pet from Kitten Rescue. We reserve the right to turn down potential adopters as we deem necessary. First, we ask that you complete our Adoption Questionnaire at kittenrescue.org/cat-adoption-form/. You can complete the form online or you may stop by a weekly adoption event to complete form in person. Second, a home visit or a home delivery of the cat or kitten is also required as part of our adoption process.

The Kitten Rescue adoption fee is $150 for a kitten or cat up to 10 years old, and $100 for each additional kitten or cat to the same household ($250 if you adopt a pair). Cats above 10 years old have a fee reduction of 50%, for an adoption fee of $75 each.

All of our cats have already been:
Spayed or neutered
Vaccinated – with at least one FVRCP vaccination
Treated for fleas
Dewormed
Tested for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus)
Microchipped

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 2,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
