If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Raya was found in May of this year. She was outside an apartment building that had recently been vacated. She was emaciated and frightened.
She is now approximately 1 year old. She is an "original" pit bull and very athletic. She is spayed, all shots, and heartworm negative. She is house trained and crate trained. She would do best with an owner who will train her and give her lots of exercise. She loves to run. She is extremely energetic and is still very much a puppy. She would do well with agility training. She would do best in a home without cats and as an only dog or with a male dog. She is playful and very affectionate. Raya loves companionship. She needs love and training to help her grow to be her best self.
