Meet Blu. This gorgeous Malamute mix is looking for a new home. She will be 3 years old in October. She is a sweet, gentle girl that knows several basic commands and is solidly house trained. She is crate trained, but would likely be fine left out or in a baby gated area. She hasn't been destructive. She would ideally love a fenced yard, but is also good on leash. She tends to whine when in the car and would not be the best traveling dog. Blu has been around children of all ages and does well. She has never lived with cats.
Blu tends to snap at larger dogs when she first meets them. The reason for rehoming is due to not getting along with one of the larger dogs in the home. She seems to be very tolerant and ok with smaller dogs. Blu occasionally does take Trazadone when going to the groomers to both help with the car ride and the groom.
