This not so little guy is Carson. Carson was rescued after a neighbor heard his very loud cries outside of her house at 3am. She searched and searched and finally found him hiding under a neighbor's steps. He would run around and cross College Ave meowing looking for a safe place.
One of our volunteers quickly went the next morning with a kitten trap and within ten minutes little Carson was trapped. Scared at first, Carson quickly adjusted to laying in the lap of his rescuer and appropriately earned the nickname "siren". After going to the vet and battling a case of pneumonia Carson landed in his foster home where he quickly outgrew his loud cry and got stronger and stronger. Now Carson is ready for his forever home. Carson loves wrestling with his stuffed animals and hanging out with his foster mom and watching whatever is on TV. He also loves his treats and chasing a laser and provides tons of entertainment!
Carson was born on October 24, 2024, is up to date with vaccines, neutered, negative for FIV/FELV, and microchipped. He can be seen in his foster home by appointment or on the days he is at Petco Bricktown Way or PetSmart Forest Ave for adoption events.
