Meet Perry – A Happy-Go-Lucky Boy Ready for His Forever Home!

Perry is a 2-year-old Shepherd/Cattle Dog mix who was saved from the euthanasia list at Contra Costa Animal Services. This 50 lb bundle of love is now safe, healthy, and ready to meet his forever family!

He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and comes with a heart as big as his smile. Perry is a playful, energetic, and affectionate pup who gets along well with people and other dogs. His joyful spirit and friendly nature make him a perfect match for an active, loving family.

if adoption application is approved, next step is interview, if interview is approved, next step is homecheck. If home check is approved, then rescue dog is adopted. Unless new adopter wants to see the dog first , they will meet with the dog then they will decide if they will adopt or not.

Go meet their pets

Most of my pets are with the foster in Tijuana ( Mexico). I have 1-2 fosters in USA but they have been busy lately. If anyone is interested in adopting one of my rescue dogs they get transported to San Diego and I pick them up and take them to their new owner and they get adopted. I haven't had an adoption event yet but if I do in the future will be at Pet Food Express because I am a rescue partner with them.

More about this rescue

I fostered for a rescue for about a year. 4 of my rescue puppies( siblings) had Parvo and one didn't make it and rest ended up in the hospital. After being treated and survived Parvo they came back to me to foster them for 2 weeks before adoption. I ended up adopting one of the puppies ( foster fail) and I opened my rescue because of him and he is my rescue logo too.I want to save dogs and treat them and give them a forever home. Give them a second chance same way my foster fail had a second chance of living.
