My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Freya & Loki – A Bonded Pair Seeking Their Forever Home

Freya and Loki are a delightful bonded sibling duo who are looking for a forever home together. These two share a deep connection and truly thrive as a pair — playing, exploring, and snuggling side by side every day; they are both shy; Loki more than Freya. They will do best with an experienced cat owner who has the patience and time to earn their trust. Someone who works from home doesn’t work or is retired for this important mission. Freya is a stunning Flame Point Siamese with blue eyes, a curious mind, and a playful spirit. He loves climbing, exploring new spaces, and chasing toys, but his favorite activity of all is romping around with his brother. After a busy play session, Freya happily switches gears and settles in for cozy cuddle time, showing off his sweet and affectionate nature. Loki is a handsome orange swirl kitten with a sharp, inquisitive mind. Once comfy with you, he’s always on the move, investigating every corner, batting around toys, and showing off his athletic side. Like his brother, Loki also has a gentle, loving side and enjoys curling up for quiet moments once the fun winds down. Together, Freya and Loki are the perfect balance of energy and affection. They keep each other entertained, confident, and happy, and they will bring endless joy, laughter, and love into their future home. Because they are a bonded pair, Freya and Loki must be adopted together, as they truly flourish in each other’s company. If you fit the adopter description and want to welcome two smart, playful, and affectionate kittens to grow up side by side and fill your home with love, Freya and Loki are the perfect match for you.

Please see our website at https://ohlonehumanesociety.org/fostering-and-adoption/ and click on the ADOPTION APPLICATION button to submit your application, and let us know if you are looking for a particular kitten. We will let you know as soon as our Kitten Foster Program Manager reviews the applications received. All of our kittens must be spayed or neutered in our care before adoption can be finalized. Kittens require a $150 minimum adoption fee to help us fund our program. We are looking forward to your application submission.

More about this rescue

Ohlone Humane Society (OHS) is a 501(c)(3) animal welfare nonprofit serving Fremont, Newark and Union City. We advocate for all creatures, from urban wildlife to companion animals. While OHS doesn’t operate a shelter, we’re one of the few humane societies to maintain a wildlife rehabilitation center. Founded in 1983, OHS has expanded its programs and services to benefit the animals and our community. They include but are not limited to: therapy dog teams visiting senior care facilities and libraries, delivering dog and cat food to the homeless in need, and spay-neuter assistance.
