This sweet older boy (around 8–9 years old) is in heart failure and has tumors on both his penis and anus. He’s also suffering from lung damage and has a persistent hacking cough. Despite it all, he still wants love and comfort.
He takes oral medication twice daily and a monthly pill for maintenance. He bleeds around his anus daily, so he needs someone who can monitor and care for him gently.
He cannot live with cats due to a strong prey drive, and may need slow introductions with other dogs.
He just needs a soft bed, love, and peace for whatever time he has left. Please consider opening your heart and home for this precious boy.
Transport can be arranged for approved fosters or adopters.
