My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Ben Catfleck – but you can call me Benny, the meow-vie star you didn’t know your life was missing.

I was discovered under a car like a true action hero, and I’ve been stealing hearts (and warm laps) ever since. Don’t let my tiny size fool you – I’ve got the bravery of Batcat and the charm of a Hollywood heartthrob. I regularly throw paws with cats twice my size, and guess what? I always land on my feet.

I’m the full package:
Action-packed – Surprise pounces are my specialty. One minute you’re chilling, next minute I’m doing a sneak attack on your sock.
Rom-com level cuddles – I’ll melt in your arms faster than a popsicle in a heatwave.
Dog-friendly – I’ve got no beef with the big woofers. We’re cool.
Master manipulator – My big eyes and tiny mews? 100% weaponized cuteness. I get the treats. I always get the treats.

Looking for a kitten who’s equal parts snuggles and shenanigans? Adopt me, and let’s roll the credits on your lonely days.

Go meet their pets

We will be holding adoption event days with PetSmart on Ft Jackson Blvd and Two Notch Rd as well as PetSense on Garners Ferry Rd. These are partnerships that we've initiated and that have been greeted with open arms by these great organizations. MUCH More to Come!

More about this rescue

At Cat Around Town Project, we believe that by spaying and neutering as many stray and colony cats as possible, we are proactively controlling overpopulation at its source. All kittens and any cats that are adoptable are removed from the colonies and adopted to suitable homes. One day, when the supply meets the demand, there will be a home waiting for every kitten in our community. .
