Monte loves to cuddle! He will crawl right into your lap for pets. He loves watching out the window, watching TV, and hiding spaces whether that be a closet, or even just in a cardboard box. He is mostly indifferent to my personal cat, but he has started to get closer and is trying to be friends (my cat is the one who won’t let that happen). Monte uses his litter box, and will let you know when he’s out of food! Such a sweet old man!

If you are looking for a new pet, ACC has a wide variety of animals to adopt; from dogs and cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, to the occasional snake and pot-bellied pigs. The shelter also has two specially designed bonding areas for people to interact and play with the animals they are considering for adoption.
