My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Misty

Sex: Female

Estimated Age: About 10 months old (as of 12/1)

Best Guess for Breed: Domestic Short Hair Mix - Calico

Weight: About 9 pounds (as of 12/1)

Good With: People, and other cats and kittens!

Story: Misty was rescued from the streets in Puerto Rico. We are so happy to have her with us in a foster home. Misty is a happy and sweet young cat. She spends her days playing with her foster family and littermate and chasing all the fun toys they have.

What my foster says: Misty is an incredibly playful and cuddly cat who loves attention from her humans. She zooms around my condo playing with cat toys and especially LOVES string toys. She will also sit on me whenever possible - whether I'm on the couch, trying to sleep, or working - and loves being held. When I'm hunched over my desk, she'll hop up on it, put her two front paws on my shoulder, and start snuggling in. She’s just too cute and will make a great addition to any family.

The fee to adopt Misty is $200 ($325 for two kittens). This covers the cost of vaccines appropriate for her age, the collar she’s wearing, and her care in foster. Misty has been seen by a shelter vet (or other vet) and we are not aware of any health issues.

Are you ready to give Misty the love and attention she deserves? If so, apply today!
