Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oliver came to us from WV. A true gentleman, he has charmed everyone he’s met. Oliver loves to play with his foster brothers and cuddle up with his humans. He is child friendly and learning kitty boundaries. Oliver is quickly picking up basic commands, sleeps through the night, and is doing great at potty training. He has been such an easy puppy to have around.

Oliver is five months old. Our best guess is a hound mix. He is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on his vaccines and ready to move in ï¿¼

Noah's Ark Rescue Project and Sanctuary (NARPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization which is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need, as well as educating the public on important issues, and implementing low cost vaccination and sterilization clinics. Our goal is to address vital contributing factors which lead to the overpopulation of domesticated pets. Overbreeding and overpopulation directly affects the number of animals who find themselves in shelters and in need of rescuing. NARPS is currently operating mainly as a foster based program, with ambitions to eventually have a facility to house for our rescues. We are not a breed or species specific rescue, At NARPS, big & small, hooves & paws, we rescue them all!
