Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Celia is a beautiful senior tortie girl who is front declawed and was found wandering in the woods in Sullivan County in late June. Her finder brought her back to NYC, but then passed her off to another person, who couldn't keep her. She was sadly not microchipped. We listed her on several lost pet sites, but no one has come forward. We don't know if she was lost or dumped.
Despite her rough start, Celia is a sweet, gentle, confident, affectionate, and calm tortie girl, who is estimated to be 10+ years old. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and dewormed. We ran blood tests and found that she has hyperthyroidism, which is controlled by giving her a pill in a pill pocket, twice a day, which she happily gobbles up.
