One-year-old Artee is an affectionate, active fawn pug who loves to play, learn and snuggle. Wrestling, chasing and playing tug-of-war with other dogs are some of his favorite pastimes, and when it’s time to relax, he is happiest curled up in bed with his humans. Artee is house-trained and crate-trained, although he uses a playpen instead of a crate. He eats politely when given his own space, walks beautifully on a leash and is currently working on mastering the doggie door. This smart boy is a fast learner, rapidly picking up new manners by watching his foster siblings. In just one week, he mastered how to sit and wait his turn for treats like a true gentleman. Because Artee thrives on companionship, he’d do best in a home with another playful dog to keep him company. We don’t know how he is with kids or cats since he hasn’t encountered them in foster care. If you’re looking for a fun-loving best friend who’s eager to please, Artee might just be the perfect match!
