Rue is a 10 month old female Hound mix who weighs 28 lbs. Rue was dumped at the doors of a local shelter and has been in a foster home after being turned away. She is special needs as she only has one eye after having it removed due to a possible rupture. That certainly doesn’t stop her though! Rue is extremely playful, spunky and LOVES attention. She would do great with an active family that includes her in their walking, hiking and any activities. She is always ready for an adventure. She is mostly crate trained and still working on house training as she will still have a few accidents sometimes.
Rue is spayed, fully vetted and microchipped.

Since then it has grown to include many amazing volunteers, fosteres and a rescue center who work very hard to find amazing foreveer homes. We are based in East Hartford Ct. Most of our animals come from Arkansas and TN. We transport weekly from North Little Rock, AR to the North East with many stops along the way. We use our our transport www.plrdogtransport.com.
All dogs and cats are given age approproate vaccinations before they leave. Every pet is seen by our vet prior to transport and receive a health certificate
