Murphy (born around March of 2025) is a medium-haired tabby who came to the sanctuary with his three siblings after being found as a stray in a local neighborhood. He is a social, affectionate, and playful kitten and gets along well with his siblings. He is looking for a forever family who will be patient with him as he learns the ropes of living in a home and will provide lots of love, affection, and security throughout his life.

Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary (SHAS) is a no-kill, 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was founded in 1996, and is the largest and longest-running no-kill facility in the Las Cruces, NM area. SHAS provides medical care, food, shelter and comfort to nearly 90 homeless cats and dogs of our community, while seeking caring homes for them.
