Starla is a sweet and quiet kitten. She loves to cuddle and lay on laps. She is playful and curious, like most kittens, but she is obnoxiously energetic either. She gets along well with other cats, kittens, dogs, and humans of all ages. She`s a pretty little lady!

PCHS is a volunteer organization created in 2005 to stop the euthanasia of unclaimed animals at the local pound.
Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.

Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
