My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Our Sweet Survivor, HERA!

This 5-month-old little girl has already been through so much. She came from a hoarding situation, but you’d never guess it—she’s blossomed into one of the sweetest, friendliest kittens you’ll ever meet.

Spayed
Vaccinated
Dewormed
Healthy & thriving

She’s curious, playful, and learning to enjoy life in a household. She adores other cats and would love a home with a feline friend—or a family ready to give her all the love she deserves.
After such a rough start, she’s ready for what every cat deserves: a stable, loving forever home.

More about this rescue

At TNR North Platte, NE, our mission is to reduce the number of homeless cats through the practice of Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). By facilitating spay and neuter services, we not only prevent overpopulation but also ensure that these cats receive proper medical attention. At the time of spay/neuter, we arrange for wellness checks, rabies vaccinations, parasite treatments, and address other health concerns. For those cats without caretakers, we provide colony care—ensuring they have access to daily food, water and ongoing medical care.

Beyond direct care, we are committed to educating the community about the benefits of spaying and neutering, as well as how to compassionately support community cats. Our efforts also include socializing kittens and evaluating stray cats for placement in foster homes or permanent adoption.

Through partnerships with other cat rescue organization's, animal advocates, and volunteers, we are creating a community where every cat has the opportunity to thrive. Join us in making a difference for North Platte’s community cats—one spay and neuter at a time.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, focused on caring for feral community cats in Nebraska.
