Logan has been with Castoff Pet Rescue since April 2019 — over 6 years — without a single application. Not one. And we truly don’t understand why.
He may be a big, dark-coated dog who doesn’t stand out in photos, and has waited a long time to be someone’s only (selective with other dogs), but Logan is pure gold. He gives the best kisses, proudly parades his Kong like a trophy, and has the perfect mix of goofy fun and old-soul loyalty.
Logan is 8 years old, 55 lbs, fully housetrained and crate-trained, and a graduate of a prison training program. He knows sit, down, heel, place, and leave it — and walks great on leash.

After reviewing your application, we'll contact you to determine if dog is a good fit for your lifestyle and home.
Approve Application
We check vet and personal references to ensure previous dogs were well cared for, so please be thorough in providing this info.
Home Check
This enables the dog to get to know you and your home and for us to suggest anything they may need to be successful in your home.
Sign Adoption Contract
You would also pay the fee at this time, however, we offer a 2 week trial period before cashing your check. We will always take dogs back.
