My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pasta! 🍝🐾

Pasta is a 1.5-year-old sweetheart with a sleek black coat and a heart full of love. This very nice gal is as cute as can be, with a gentle, affectionate personality that makes her such a joy to be around.

She’s friendly, easygoing, and even good with dogs—making her a wonderful addition to many types of homes. Whether she’s lounging in a sunny spot, asking for pets, or just keeping you company, Pasta is the kind of companion who will make every day brighter.

This cutie is ready to find her forever family and give them all the love she has to offer. Could Pasta be the perfect new friend for you? 🖤🐱

More about this shelter

The Gulf Coast Humane Society is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization dedicated to serving the animals and community of Southwest Florida. We receive no federal, state, or county funding, nor do we receive financial support from the Humane Society of the United States. Instead, our lifesaving work is made possible through the generosity of individual donations, grants, bequests, and community fundraising efforts.

As a no kill shelter, Gulf Coast Humane Society is committed to providing compassionate care for unwanted, neglected, and abandoned animals. We never euthanize due to space constraints or the length of time an animal has been in our care. Our mission is to give every animal the second chance they deserve in a safe and loving environment.
