Not every cat wants to be held and that`s perfectly okay. Some of our most special felines are quiet souls who thrive in calm spaces, love cozy hideouts, and live for gourmet treats. They may not jump into your lap, but they`ll reward your patience with slow blinks, soft purrs, and quiet companionship. These cats are looking for homes where they can be themselves no loud chaos, just gentle voices, safe corners, and someone who understands that love takes time. Adoption fees discounted through our `Scaredy Cat` special

More about this shelter
We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
