Meet our happy boy Spud! This kid is a loveable energetic boy who is super playful with everyone he meets and not to mention extra social with all the doggies! Spud is a young kid who is still learning about life, how to socialize and how to stay calm when he is super excited! Even with this being the case, he is super smart and catches on quickly.
Spud is in our Mutts with Manners in facility training program. This program to give our long-term residents more enrichment and a chance to truly shine outside the shelter—showing who they are beyond the cards that they have been dealt. Spud is a silver star meaning he has 60% accuracy for basic commands and is also working on learning more advanced commands.

No appointment is needed to stop by during these hours! Upon arrival, you’ll complete a short adopter profile, and our team will pair you with an adoption counselor to help find your perfect match.
We offer same-day adoptions, but if you have a dog at home, we require a meet-and-greet to ensure compatibility.
