*Possible adoption in progress* My name is Cooper! I am a sweet energetic boy who loves to snuggle and play fetch in the backyard. My foster people call me snappy turtle because I chomp my teeth together when I'm happy. I am food motivated, good with other dogs, and kids. I have lots of energy and would benefit from an active family and fenced backyard.
