Meet Buddy – Our Handsome Tuxedo Gentleman! 
Buddy is a charming 2-year-old tuxedo boy with the softest fur and the sweetest personality. He’s an active, playful, and talkative guy who will happily chat with you throughout the day. He also loves the company of other cats and gets along wonderfully with his foster siblings, making him a great companion for a multi-cat household.
Buddy is a happy, healthy, energetic cat—but we want to be upfront about some atypical bloodwork values that we have been monitoring since January. More specifically, his Total Proteins and Globulins have been high and this can be an indication of any number of medical issues including inflammation someplace in his body. This is confusing because Buddy shows no symptoms of illness, and the vet has not found anything wrong with him during his visits.
To give Buddy extra peace of mind (and yours, too!), our organization will cover any medical expenses related to these bloodwork findings for the first two years after adoption, as long as you’re willing to use our veterinarian (Great Neck Animal Hospital).
