My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Toph! Rescued from the streets of West Oakland as a sick baby, Toph has grown into a strong and spirited kitten who doesn’t let anything hold her back. Much like her Avatar: The Last Airbender namesake, she’s fierce, confident, and full of personality.

This sleek, medium-haired black beauty is lively and playful, always ready for adventure. While she’s more independent than some of her siblings, Toph still loves attention and pets, she just likes them on her own terms. Once she decides you’re worthy, her affection feels like a hard-won treasure.

Because Toph thrives with companionship, she must be adopted with a sibling or into a home that already has at least one young cat to keep her company.

Toph is 4 months old, spayed, vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested FIV/FeLV negative.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Adopting a cat is a big responsibility and commitment, but it's also one of the biggest acts you can ever do for an animal in need.

Each and every cat in our care has their own story and background. They are all fully vetted, fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative (unless otherwise specified). Because of this, our adoption fee is $95 for one cat over 1-year-old or $155 for 2 and $110 for one cat under 1-year-old or $195 for 2.

Our approval process includes a vet reference (personal reference if you've not had a vet in the last 5 years), virtual home tour, and landlord approval should you be a renter.

The completion of an application does not guarantee approval for adoption.
