My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jasper – Available for Adoption

UPDATE: Jasper is really coming along! He is accepting pets and taking Churu from your hand and LOVES to play with the wand toy with you. He will still arrive as a shy boy and will take time to warm up to you, but we are so happy with his progress.

Jasper was picked up by one of our feeders when she was out trying to trap another cat. We couldn’t put him back as he had no feeder and the area wasn’t safe for roaming cats. He has come along so far that he is allowing cheek scratches, back of neck and top of his back pets. He sometimes even leans in for them and may move your hand for a better spot with his paw; but all of this is on his terms. His adopter will need to be patient and move slow at first. Although he hasn’t been out with other cats yet, we still think the best home for Jasper would be one that has a friendly kitty so he can continue to learn how to ‘cat’.

Jasper is approximately a year old, neutered, negative for FeLV and FIV and up-to-date on his vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting him, contact Boston's Forgotten Felines on Facebook or at catadoptions@bostonsforgottenfelines.org

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We are not a shelter but a rescue group. Our cats are at different foster homes. Meet & greet will be coordinated between foster homes and potential adopters once an application is in place.

More about this rescue

Boston streets are flooded with homeless cats and kittens. Some were abandoned, while others are feral (offspring of those abandoned cats.) We are the Feral Cat Warriors who fight to help them survive every single day. Our aim is to ensure that feral cats have a stable and safe shelters, food and medical attention as needed and for strays/abandoned cats to be adopted.

We are all volunteers with full time job so please be patient if we do not respond to your request immediately. We will respond to any questions/requests within 24 hrs. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
