My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Donovan’s Brain!
At about 5 months old, Donovan’s Brain is an adorable short-haired orange and white kitten with smarts, spunk, and plenty of heart. Don’t let his serious name fool you—this little guy is all about fun! He’s playful, curious, and independent, always off on a mini adventure. But when he’s ready to slow down, Donovan is a total sweetheart who loves a good snuggle.

With his big personality and even bigger charm, Donovan’s Brain is ready to show his forever family just how much love (and brainpower!) a kitten can bring.

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
