My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Trixie is a 5 yr. old torte cat with 2 cauliflower ears that i took in along with 2 others after a local house was condemned, cps will not help with placement of the animals, and the cats would have been just left behind. She was very thin, flea infested and from her throw up was eating a diet of mostly can corn.

Additional adoption info

Fees depend on many factors, ages, temperament, health issues, and type. Approved signed adoption application required, with vet reference. Return clause states "we take any animal back, if things do not work out".

Go meet their pets

Most pets are kept in foster homes till adopted. Hope to do some adoption events later in the year.

More about this rescue

We are a 501c3 not for profit rescue located in the hills of Sullivan County NY who try and advocate spay/neuter and local adoption of animals. We never import from other states. All adoption cats/dogs are spayed/neutered prior to adoption unless too young or have health issues which would prevent spay/neuter. We do not adopt to people who do not want “inside only” cats and dogs will not be adopted to people who want outside dogs or guard animals. Many of our rescues come from abused or neglected homes. We do what we can to help animals in need and the less fortunate, who have come upon hard times in life looking for help when we can.
