Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Theodore, the shy, loving companion you've been looking for. Theodore (who's foster family has taken to lovingly calling her Teddy due to her loving demeanor) is a white with grey tiger striped blotches female sweetheart that was born approximately June 2022. Theodore can be quite shy at first, taking some time to warm up, but once she does she'll never leave your side.
Theodore was rescued from an unsafe living situation and as a result takes some time to trust. From her living situation, she developed a habit of always wanting a hidden corner or spot to call her own. Just because she's hidden away from you doesn't mean she does not trust you, rather she feels safest tucked away with free time to herself. When in these spots, she's still very open to and accepts as many pets and as much love as you want to give her.
Theodore gets along great with other cats, dogs, and small children. However, due to her timid nature, her foster family believes she would thrive best in a single cat household or with only one or two other cats, as this would give her the space and opportunity to truly open up. Theodore is hopeful she'll find her forever family with someone who has patience and lots of love to give!
All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
If you are interested in any of our kitties, you must complete an online cat adoption application available at www.rescueahart.org/adopt/cat-application. The application will put you in touch with a HART volunteer.
