Hi! This is Stella.
I have been fostering Stella since late February of 2024; she came to me through a co-worker and was meant to be a short term foster, and has turned into a long-term situation. For the last year and a half Stella has grow in confidence and agility in literal leaps and bounds. When she came to us, she was incredibly clumsy, uncoordinated and didn't do well with tile or slippery floors. Now, she runs, jumps, dodges and crawls with the best of them! Tile can still be hard for her, the trick is to not get her too excited and then ask her to come to you. Loud noises can be startling to her. She also has a minor heart murmur that will require monitoring.
She is good with cats and most dogs. A meet and greet with any potential adopter would be necessary. She is kennel trained, has received basic dog training and has all of her shots. This is a fantastic dog who wants to cuddle and play and I want to give her the best home. Please reach out if you are interested!
