Zaila is a cuddler. She loves to be by people but is also good on her own wandering the yard. She is pretty quite unless she is lonely. She is very sweet and has liked everyone she meets so far after she knows it is ok to greet them. She had leg surgery a few weeks ago and is expected to make a full recovery.
Tibetans are a stubborn breed so they do require more training than other breeds.
They need to be socialized otherwise they can become very protective.

We require an adoption application to be filled out and references checked. We reserve the right to do a home visit on the adopter's home before placing a pet with them. We also reserve the right to do follow up home checks once every year for the following 4 years.

We started our rescue because there was not one in our area. We wanted to save dogs from kill shelters. More and more places are trying to go no kill, but there are so many animals out there desperate for new homes.
