Espresso is a sweet and playful little puppy who came into the shelter as a stray with her sister, and she’s ready to find a loving home of her own. She is treat-motivated, which will make training fun and easy, and she already shows signs of being a brave, curious girl who wants to explore the world around her. Espresso loves toys, playtime, dog friends, and anything that keeps her busy, but she needs out of the shelter to grow, learn, and thrive. The shelter is no place for a puppy to spend her early months—she deserves a home where she can be properly socialized and showered with love, treats, and plenty of play.

Visit us Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM! All of our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Adoption fee: $45.00.

The Chickasha Animal Shelter is a municipal shelter operated and funded by the City of Chickasha, Oklahoma. In addition to providing a safe environment for our adoptable animals we also are responsible for the enforcement of all animal related laws within the City of Chickasha and holding all stray animals that are located. In addition to these main roles, we also provide public Spay and neuter program with OkHumane, city pet licensing, and other educational services to our community.
We operate daily with a very limited staff supported by several amazing volunteers. We operate an active foster program and are always seeking to work with those in our community interested in assisting us in our mission.
