Heya, I'm Admiral Bacon! I am a very happy, sweet boy. I love to run around and wrestle with my siblings. One of my favorite toys are the spring toys. I love to bat them around and chase them. I am happy that I am able to have these toys because I was born outside with my brother and sisters. In May our sweet but scared mom gave birth in a very nice lady's yard. We were out in the open where a predator could have gotten us. This nice lady called the rescue frantic that we would not survive. Luckily our foster mom was able to come right away and trapped us. We were taken to her home where we had a nice place to grow up. I have always been a healthy kitten. In fact I am the biggest of the bunch. Oddly for a long time my 2 sisters weighed more than me! That didnt last. I am a big boy! I have never been around dogs or kids so we will have to see if i like them when I start coming to adoption events. I would like to be adopted out with my sister Princess Pepperoni. We play so well and lay together. Could go in a home with another young cat. Dogs range from $250 to $350. High demand puppies and small dogs may be more.
This fee includes: felv/fiv/heartworm testing, worming, flea and ear mite treatments, age-appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, lab work, dental or other medical or surgical treatments as deemed necessary by our team of veterinarians and a microchip with free registration.

St. Louis Pet Rescue is a non-profit rescue group focusing on saving pets from local animal control facilities and other neglect situations.
We do not have a facility. All of the pets we rescue are in loving foster homes. Foster homes provide love, care training, and, if needed, rehabilitation to the pets. This also allows the pet to be more adjusted when they enter their forever home since they are used to a home environment (versus a kennel at the pound).
