Moxie is a 3 year old rescue Pug with a heart of gold and a snore that could melt it! This sweet, squishy-faced girl is the ultimate cuddle bug—she loves nothing more than being close to her people and soaking up all the love. Friendly with everyone she meets and always ready for a snuggle session, Moxie brings joy, warmth, and just the right amount of adorable snorting to every moment. Additional adoption info

We ask the potential adopter to fill out an application. We set up a meet and greet with the foster parent. If all goes well and they would like to adopt we have them sign an adoption contract.

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, have current vaccines and are microchipped prior to adoption.

Fees range between $150 - $300

Woofs and Wags Dog Rescue is a 501(c)3 Non-profit dog rescue in San Diego, CA

Woofs and Wags Dog Rescue was founded by volunteers in San Diego. Our goal is to "Rescue, Rehabilitate, Rehome" rescued dogs from San Diego and Baja California.

We love Baja and understand that it is a struggle for some of the people to provide a proper home and care for their dogs. We rescue dogs that are running through traffic, starving on the streets and have no one to care for them. Sadly, many are in poor condition and need medical care. We provide that care with the help of volunteers and veterinarians on both sides of the border. Our adoption fees are used to pay for the care of these pups.

Our dogs and puppies are kept in loving foster homes until they find their forever homes. If you see a dog/puppy you would like to meet, we will put you in touch with the foster family. We also do adoption events around San Diego, please check our website for upcoming events.

Our "Baja Blends" as we like to call them make wonderful pets and will shower you with love to show you how grateful they are to be in a loving home.
