Scout is a gentle, loving kitty who thrives in a calm home where she can feel safe and adored. She bonds closely with her person and will happily greet you at the door and cuddle once she’s comfortable in her space.
Scout does best as an only pet but can accept a calm cat friend her size or smaller after a slow introduction. She’s not a fan of big, boisterous animals, and while she tolerates respectful dogs, she’ll hide if they pester her. Scout is also shy around children and would be happiest in an adult-only home where she can relax and shine.
She has a timid side at first, but once she feels secure, Scout blossoms into a sweet, affectionate companion who loves to snuggle. She also shows interest in the outdoors and would enjoy a safe outdoor space like a catio or a quiet backyard where she can explore under supervision.
Scout is looking for a patient and loving forever home where she can be someone’s loyal, comforting friend—just as she has been before. Scout lives with her family in Beaverton and her rehoming fee is $50.
