Apollo's story begins with a tragic accident that cost him his leg as a small pup in Qatar.
We decided Apollo deserves the happiest ending! So we found him a wonderful foster and flew him to the US to find new hope.
He has a calm and gentle nature that has blossomed as he's settled in. He is social, affectionate and tolerant. He even takes the tail pulls of a toddler with grace, although some confusion as well. He is said to be perfectly behaved in the home and hardly ever barks. He is just as easy going outside in the yard.
Don't let a tripod fool you! They are fast and agile and ready to take on anything a four-legged dog can. Apollo loves to savor his walks by sniffing and observing everything around him. He's just as happy with a walk around the block as he is on a day-long hike. His zoomies are the cutest and always in full swing when he has room to stretch his legs. Apollo is ready to fill your home with joy!
Apollo is currently in foster in Indianapolis, IN but he can be transported at no extra cost to an approved adopter. Let's help Apollo find his furever!
