My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

At just 31 pounds, Howie may be compact, but his personality is anything but small. This three-year-old hound mix is a walking ray of sunshine—equal parts silly, snuggly, and sweet. With his floppy ears, soulful eyes, and a tail that never stops wagging, Howie has mastered the art of making people smile. He’s the kind of pup who greets every day like it’s his birthday: full of joy, curiosity, and a little bit of goofy charm. Whether he’s trotting around with a toy in his mouth, flopping over for belly rubs, or doing his signature “happy dance” when he sees his favorite humans, Howie’s zest for life is contagious. Howie is a social butterfly who’s always up for a cuddle or a game of chase. He’s got just the right amount of houndy curiosity to keep things interesting, but he’s also a total softie who loves to lounge and soak up affection. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a goofy grin and a heart full of love, Howie’s your guy. He’s ready to be your best friend, your adventure buddy, and your daily dose of laughter.
