Ziggy is currently in the Anthrozoology program at Carroll College. He will go through extensive training with the students who will then find the perfect home for him. If you think he's the right fit for your family please visit the Carroll College website and send in an application through them. Submit Application

Your application will be reviewed and if your a good candidate for animal applied for you will be called to schedule a meet & Greet.

2.

Meet the Pet

This is when you will meet your potential new family member. Bring the whole family is a must, including 4 legged family is a must!

3.

Take the Pet Home

If everything looks good, and the family meeting was a success, your new family member can go home with you!

Additional adoption info

Our pets get multiple applications frequently, making sure you received a call to go ahead and make a meet & greet appointment is important. Also, bringing the whole fmaily in to meet the potential new family member is a must.

Come meet any of our available pets during our hours of Tues.-Sat. 11-4:30pm. It is best to call ahead if you have a specific animal in mind to schedule an appointment. If your interested in one of our pets, please go to our website and fill out an adoption application first before you schedule a meet & greet. We will then call you and let you know how many applications the animal has and what number in line you are. It is first come first serve on applications submitted.

We are a no-kill shelter. There is no judgment if you need to drop off a stray that you've found, or a beloved pet that is no longer able to stay with its family, no matter the situation. We serve several different counties around Southwest Montana, and network with other shelters in the Southwest Montana, working together to help the animals in our care get the best chance of finding a new home.
