Hershey Kiss was found as a stray bunny, and fortunately came into our care before any harm could befall him. He is a handsome gentleman with golden brown fur and a small mane and forehead tufts, indicating some lionhead in his family tree. He loves head pets and cuddles and is willing to hop up on your leg for a treat. He is a bit skittish still with loud noises and will run away to hide, but he comes out again when he realizes he is safe.
Hershey has been very friendly with the female bun in his foster home and likes to keep her company, so he would probably do well with a female rabbit. This is a sweet-tempered bun who will be very happy when he finds his forever home!
We adopt to indoor homes only! If you are interested in adopting a bunny from Orlando Rabbit Care and Adoptions, or would like more information on rabbit care, please visit our website at: http://www.orlandorabbit.org. The first step in our adoption process is to complete an adoption application, which can be found here: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/55856/generic . Then one of our volunteers will reach out to you via email to schedule a time to speak with you. If you don’t see the email in a day or two, please check your spam folder!
Our Adoption Fee/Donation for a single rabbit is $100, a pair is $170, and a triple is $200. This helps to offset the cost of having the rabbits altered, microchipped and vaccinated, as well as any medical care that may have been required.
