My name is SMOKE!

Handsome, young, and full of curiosity; that’s me! I’m a 1-year-old Doberman Pinscher mix who came to HSVC as a stray, and I’ve been stealing hearts with my sweet, energetic personality. I’ve got a lot of love to give, and I’m not shy about asking for it; I’ll nuzzle in close, lean against you, and even paw your hand if you stop petting too soon. I adore toys, treats, and being around humans, and I’ve got a goofy charm that shines through once I get going.
On leash, I’ve got some learning to do; I need some help with my leash manners but its only because I’m so curious about the world, and with a little guidance and consistency, I know I can get better. I’m well-behaved overall, don’t bark too much, and I’m eager to please. With other dogs, I’ve got good potential, and while I haven’t met kids yet, I’ve got the sweet nature that suggests I could do well with them.
