My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Contact the foster at, CECILCLANCY@GMAIL.COM

Captain Steve is that dog you can bring anywhere and he just goes with the flow. He`s had brewery and coffee outings, hikes and long walks, and play dates with other dogs. People are always impressed by how calmly he takes in his surroundings. At home, he is quiet in his crate overnight and when no one is home. He is perfectly house trained and not destructive. He likes to play with every toy in his toy basket and enjoys a game of fetch, but he has a calm demeanor overall and likes to hunker down on the couch for long naps. He gets along fine with the older dog in his foster home, and is curious when the cat makes an appearance and then forgets about her.

-Crate trained and house trained
-Walks well on leash and harness
-Loves all people, kids, and dogs (always introduce dogs slowly)
-Lives with a dog and cat in foster with no issues
-Happy go lucky, easygoing temperament
-Loves toys and self-entertains
-Knows sit, wait, and drop it
-Good listener; wants to please
-Likes cuddling and napping with his person on the couch
