My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a little dog with a big personality? Say hello to MJ, a 3-year-old, 18-pound wirehaired cutie who is as unique and scruffy as he is lovable! MJ is a happy-go-lucky guy who lives life with a bubbly spirit. He’ll have you laughing with his silly antics and goofy quirks, then melt your heart by curling up in your lap for snuggles. He absolutely loves attention and would prefer to be the only dog so he doesn’t have to share the spotlight—because honestly, he deserves it all! This little character enjoys having a fenced yard where he can run and play, and while he’s crate-trained, he’d much rather be hanging out with you. He’s doing well with his house training, especially when kept on a good potty routine. MJ hasn’t been tested with very young kids, so a home with children 8 and older would be best. What he really wants is someone to adore him for who he is—a cuddly, playful, scruffy-faced little guy who’s ready to make you laugh, love you fiercely, and be your best buddy for life.  If you are interested in a small guy who offers big promises to make your life better, then email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com.   Don't miss out on this wonderful boy.

PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Most all our dogs are fostered in Tennessee and transport up to the Northeast or New England. Our fees start at $500 and can be higher depending on the dog and circumstances for their vetting. All fees cover the health certificate, transportation up to designated places for families to pick up their pre-adopted dog, spay/neuter, rabies, all shots, fecal and dewormings, microchip, complete vet check up and 4 way heartworm test if dogs are older than 8 months.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We are a full volunteer rescue organization. All of our animals are kept in loving foster homes, receiving the best care possible. A completed application must be submitted and approved to meet with our dogs/pups. A completed application helps us determine compatibility and also helps us to ensure a successful adoption.

More about this rescue
