Abe is a loving and loyal Pitbull mix who has been part of our family since he was a puppy. For his first few years, he grew up alongside another mature male dog, as well as our children and even our cats — he’s lived peacefully with both a mature cat and a kitten. Abe is now a strong, healthy adult with a huge heart, known for his affectionate nature and protective instincts with his family.
He spends most of his days outdoors, keeping watch over the yard, but he loves nothing more than being inside with his people whenever he can. Abe has a natural prey drive for small wildlife (like squirrels or raccoons that wander into the yard), which makes him a great protector of the home and property. With humans, Abe has always been nothing but gentle and loving — he has never shown aggression toward people or had any biting incidents.
