Kovu was raised by a military family, stationed in Japan for two years before he came to live with our family in January 2025. He is playful, outdoorsy, and a cuddlebug. We lovingly call him "Shadow" as he is rarely out of sight. He relishes receiving attention and would flourish in a home where he is the baby. We have only seen him do well with other animals, although his strong personality can be overwhelming during their initial meetings. His previous home expressed tension between him and another one of their dogs, as well. Kovu is an all around cool guy who wants to be your main squeeze.
