Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOG-FRIENDLY
Oreo came to us as a stray found in Geddes and weighs about 56 pounds. Oreo is a very handsome, friendly boy who seems caught between being a little shy and being a total love bug. He’s easy to leash up with the help of a few treats, and while he can be quite excited at the start, he settles in as the walk goes on. Oreo may pull at first, but he eventually calms down to go for a nice stroll. He enjoys being outside, having a blast in the snow, although rain isn’t his favorite and he’d rather head back inside once he feels those first drops. He’s curious about his surroundings, slowing down to watch cars and trucks go by or check out other dogs in a respectful manner.
He’s very gentle with treats and happily shows off his good manners, sitting and offering his paw on his own. Oreo seems like a dog who would thrive in a home environment, where he can relax, explore, and enjoy companionship outside of the shelter.
