Update from foster:
I will start by saying you can change Alvin's status about cats to "good with cats".
He has come to visit with my dogs, and Leo and Bryn love him! There has been lots of good playtime. He also met my cat, who he was fascinated by. Lots of tail wagging, and no aggression at all. He wants to play with her, and she is tolerant, but not really into it.
He is crate trained for nightly sleeping.
He has such a lovely, cheerful disposition, and is pretty much ready for anything. He would be great for someone who likes a brisk walk. He doesn't pull on leash, but he likes to move at a clip, sniffing and checking everything out on the way. Like a lot of terriers, he barks when excited, but he is extremely smart, and very responsive to training. He is super food motivated.

AGE: Approx 8 months
GENDER: Male
WEIGHT: 17 lbs.
PERSONALITY/TEMPERAMENT: Alvin is one of 3 brothers rescued from the middle of the road, they had almost been run over 3 times in a 10 minute span. JFPR immediately stepped in and took the puppies in. Alvin and his brothers Simon & Theodore are sweet and happy boys who spend thier days lounging in the sun, playing with toys and rough housing with each other. Alvin loves to get cuddles and will tuck his head in your neck when you pick him up. He doesn't love baths but will tolerate them. He knows his name and comes when called. He is quite smart and a fast learner too. Alvin is just a young guy and is a clean slate for your training!

GOOD ON LEASH: Training required
CRATE TRAINED: No.
HOUSE TRAINED: He goes outside if the door is left open, he is young so his cues are still being learned.
KNOWS COMMANDS: He knows his name and comes when called. He knows the word no.
DOG FRIENDLY: Yes. Alvin lives with many doggies at his foster home.
RESOURCE GUARDING: No.
SEPARATION ANXIETY: No.
ANY AGGRESSION: No.
ANY ANXIETY OR FEARS: None known.

Fully vaccinated.
Neutered
Dewormed.
SNAP 4Dx negative (Heartworm, Lyme disease, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasma).

No known medical issues or injuries.
